Welcome to my practice! I believe in collaborating with the people I serve and value the unique strengths they bring to their lives, as these strengths could be useful in dealing with challenges. I specialize in working with children, adolescents, and families on a wide range of issues, including adjustment difficulties due to change in life circumstances, anxiety, depression, family and marital issues, parenting, and school related difficulties. When evaluating difficulties and helping my client explore and find ways to improve the qualify of his/her life, I pay close attention to my client's history and family, social, and cultural influences.
As a bilingual and bicultural psychologist, I am also passionate about helping people navigate cultural and diversity issues they face for living in the U.S.
